Cisco Voice Specialist (VoIP)

An established and growing company located in Visalia , CA , is seeking a Cisco Voice Specialist to join our team as we continue to expand our Voice over IP offerings . We are a leading provider of IT and Voice over IP communications services for SMB and schools in the South Valley . We are focused on using current technology to deploy and support Cisco's Human Network, and w e are looking for motivated individuals to work with us as we sell and install new Call Manager and CCME Voice over IP networks and support existing data and voice networks for our growing customer base.

Skills:

The candidate must be a self-starter with minimal management oversight required, and possess a willingness to learn and improve as they support customer's data and voice networks. Must have good verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to establish priorities, maintain schedules, and manage time effectively. Must have a professional image and relate well to customers, and be a ble to deal with situations where customers are techno-frustrated.

Required:

Candidate MUST HAVE a CCVP, CCDA or CCNA certification.

Recommended:

Cisco voice specialization.

Windows Server and Exchange training and experience

Linux experience

Pay:

Commensurate with ratings and experience.
